There may be times (in order to fill an order in a timely manner) that we may make a cable color substitution.  We will always make every attempt to ship you the color cable that you ordered.  We will only substitute your colored cable with another color selection of the same specification if it means that you will get your order faster.  Lets face it, the color of the cable doesn't mean much.  We fell that timely shipments help build a solid and dependable relationship with our customers.

Protecting your order information is a big priority. buycablesnow.com makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Cardservice / Linkpoint secure transaction technology.

Cardservice / Linkpoint encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than your credit card company. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. Our online merchandise prices are much less than those charged for the same item in US retail stores. In many cases our prices are substantially less. Many items are priced at 40-60% below the manufacturer's suggested retail price. We do our best to price check the competition and provide you with quality products at rock bottom prices.

sales tax policy
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders delivered to Rhode Island addresses. If you have your products delivered outside the state of Rhode Island…congratulations. No sales tax will be added to your order.

Standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, not including holidays.

Please note that availability depends upon the shipping destination:

when will it be delivered?

When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
• Orders placed after 4 PM EST won't be processed until the next day.
• Delivery only occurs on business days -- Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver (see below). In the chart below, you'll find the holidays on which our carriers do not pickup or deliver orders.
